What We Do…

At SIMON SAYS you can, we understand that each person has a different idea of what fitness means and everyone is at a different stage of their fitness journey. Health and Fitness is such an important priority, Yet we are all bombarded with so many different friends and social media gurus giving us training tips that we are more confused than ever. Having a Coach here at SSYC will provide you with a structured program which is tailored to your goals and help you accelerate your results by putting you on the right path.

 

TRAINING

We offer a range of different services depending on what the client is looking to do with their training:
1 on 1 sessions | 2 on 1 sessions | Online Programming | Group classes.

 

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Programs are written by our university-based coaches who put together a carefully constructed individual program to get the most efficient workout and the maximum result.

 

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

This is for our clients who train already but want some structure rather than 1 on 1 help. This is via our app Teambuildr

TWO ON ONE TRAINING

This service is for people who have friends or family who have similar goals and want to get the programming, accountability and to keep each other motivated.

 

GROUP CLASSES

These sessions are for members who enjoy training in group. If its Boxing, HIIT, Booty and circuit training style classes. These classes are held early morning and evenings.
