I got into fitness as a teenager to improve my mental health and drop a few kilos. Since then, fallen in love with training in the gym because not only did I drop bodyfat but to empower me to be stronger and apply this in all aspects of life.

My goal is to help you become stronger and empowered within yourself as I have!

Reuben Dunleavy

COACH -Leichhardt

Reuben’s love for exercise began when he was young. Reuben practised, competed and fought in martial arts for over 13 years. One of his best achievements was competing in the 2015 World Championship quarterfinals where he represented Australia. Reuben’s love for fitness and helping his friends achieve their gym goals drove him to study Sport & Exercise Science at UTS.

“I am particularly interested in strength training, weight loss, muscle building and body composition. More than anything, I want to change people’s lives with fitness and teach people how to be confident and more skilled on the gym floor. I want people to be the best versions of themselves no matter what their goal is.”

Bella Cheshire

About: my fitness journey started when I was doing forward rolls down the hallway when I was 2 years old. My parents instantly knew I would be a gymnast. I competed at national and international levels. I knew after finishing up gymnastics I wanted to keep my fitness so I signed up to a gym and found my love for lifting weights. My love for lifting weights has now turned into powerlifting.

My goal is to help my clients get stronger then they ever thought they could!
